Search Events lets you search
filed events according to filled data in the
current planning calendar.

Definition offers a choice from an arbitrary number of event search conditions.
A new definition can be created via the New definition button. The selected definition can be edited with the
Edit definition button and removed with the Delete definition button.

Subject, Location, Note and Text run a fulltext search, i.e. searches all positions in the searched text.
To find data with any text at least one character long use the [ A N Y T E X T ] parameter.
To find empty data use the [ W I T H O U T T E X T ] parameter.
Text expression can be assembled with concatenation operators && (AND) and || (OR).
The && (AND) operator concatenates text strings which must appear in the found events.
The || (OR) operator concatenates text strings of which at least one must appear in the found events.
Text from the III tab searches Subject, Location and Note.

All day, Reminder and Recurring Event can be set to three modes.
The default selection is neutral, the second and third selection only process those events which do not use the given data
(unchecked) or which use such data (checked). Reminder is further filtered for:

All - events with a set reminder

Active - events with an active reminder

Postponed - only recurring events with an already postponed reminder
(does not include exceptions of recurring events and single events)

Reminder Time offers a default choice [ A L L ]
that will process all items of the pop-up list.

Event Type and Attribute offer:

The default option [ A L L ] for tab I which will process all items of the pop-up list.
Only one item can be selected from a pop-up list.

The default option all for tabs II and III which will process all items from the context menu.
Any number of items can be selected in the context menu.

Week offers (un)selecting any day of the week. Searched events are filtered for the selected days of the week.
To find events use the
Search button.
If you wish to close the form after finding an event check the
Close this form once the events are found checkbox.
The form may be closed by clicking the
Cancel key, clicking the top right corner cross,
or by the
Alt-F4 key combination.
