User Interface

The application can be controlled with a mouse or keyboard as follows:

• The F1 key opens Help.
• Use the forms to enter data to be filed.
• Filed data are displayed in windows.
• Any form or window may always be closed by clicking the top right corner cross, or by the Alt-F4 key combination.
• You can move between edited fields in the form and window forward with the Tab and backward with the Shift+Tab key combination.
• An editable field with a rectangle and down-pointing arrow at its end is displayed by a pop-up list. Such list can be displayed either by clicking the rectangle with a down-pointing arrow or by the Alt+Down key combination. You can move among items in the displayed list with either the Up, Down keys or with mouse cursor.
• If an editable field title or a button name features an underscored letter then you can move to such editable field or button immediately from anywhere in the form by simply pressing the Alt+underlined title letter key combination.
• The F2 key edits Subject on a marked event. The changes are saved by the Enter key and cancelled by the Esc key.
