Calendar Settings

Calendar Settings customizes the display of the current planning calendar.

• Work week sets days of week for the work week.
• First day of week sets the first day of the week for work week and week.
• Work hours sets the time zone range of the current planning calendar for day and work week which will be highlighted for the following themes:
  • Standard in a bright yellow colour
  • Office 2007 in a light blue colour
• The Refresh the calendar every checkbox, if checked, automatically updates the current planning calendar for the set time period. We recommend to use this when the calendar is used by multiple users.
• Theme sets the current planning calendar to:
  • Standard - standard theme
  • Office 2007 - theme similar to the MS Outlook 2007 display theme
• Background color sets one of the 15 background colors of the current planning calendar for the Office 2007 theme.
• When the application exits specifies how the open events are handled when the application exits as:
  • Check open events - displays a prompt to save open events
  • Save open events
  • Do not save open events
• Week number sets the display mode of the week number to:
  • Do not display
  • According to ISO 8601 - the first week of the year starts on the 4th of January
  • The first week of the year starts on the first day of the year
• Small monthly calendar sets the display mode of the small monthly calendar to:
  • 1 month
  • 2 months
  • 3 months

The settings may be saved with the Save and Apply button or closed without saving with the Cancel button, by clicking the top right corner cross, or by pressing the Alt-F4 key combination.
